The Windsor at Bay Colony was the final high rise building to be built directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Bay Colony. Construction began in 1997 and owners began moving into the condominiums in early 1998.

There are thirty one condominium units within the twenty-one story building. Seven of these units are penthouses that are approximately 10,110 sq. ft. The remaining twenty four units are arranged in a two units per floor configuration having 6,900 sq. ft. per unit.
